Youth Music Program
TMFF offers Chicago at risk youth music programs as part of its overall development program. It currently runs a music studio next to its visual art space and uses it to help youth at risk explore their own feelings and rebuild their lives through notes and lyrics.
Features of this program include one-on-one professional music instruction ranging from music lessons to CD production. Led by experienced and enthusiastic staff, this liberating program gives Chicago youth the opportunity to express themselves, find their own identity, and have full creative power of their sonic visions.
